Osnabrück

After a labor-intensive approach at a location in the City of Osnabrück, these roadside strips have been transformed into a sea of flowers.

The verge strips were first filled up with forestry plants, but after the City Council had first removed / emptied it and then refilled it with new sand, the bulbs were manually planted in storeys. First the narcissus, followed by the tulips and finally the crocuses.
